Program Day 1:

Workshop participants ease into the class with warm-up movements and a relaxing welcome circle to ground and set the tone.

Our first reset focuses on the Water Element Systems, which are related to the Kidneys and Bladder System.
Through mindfulness, activating energetic vortex points, and yoga poses, you will learn to access your deepest, most fundamental substance: Your Jing, Your Life Essence.
The Water Reset is all about longevity!

Tea, water, and healthy snacks will be served.

The Wood Element supports energy movement. And in ancient medicine, if energy moves in the body, there is no disease.
This Reset will support the release of frustration and suppressed anger.
As you support your Liver and Gall Bladder systems, you will release emotional, mental, and physical toxins.

You will be focusing on empowering your Lungs and Colon: powerful systems of letting go in your body.
The Metal Reset is your Immunity Reset. It will strengthen your bodily protective shields and will help you release grief and past attachments.
You will complete our afternoon with ancient breathing techniques and restorative poses, sustaining your Metal Element
Program Day 2:

Our first reset on Sunday focuses on the Earth Element Systems, which are related to the Stomach and Spleen
This reset is all about nurturing, grounding, and energizing. You are going to boost your digestion; not only food digestion, but the digestion of thoughts and life!
And besides the acupressure points that aid these organ systems, you are going to learn specific ancient exercises to soothe your belly.
